It is hard to believe that we are already heading into the High School State Meet and Collegiate Championship portions of our winter season.  Our busiest season, and I am so happy things have been going smoothly.  I have been working quite a few MSTCA meets, as well as seeing many other meets from the coaching side, and have been impressed with everyone’s work ethic and constant support of each other.

  •  The Executive Board will be meeting Feb. 23.  If you have any items for the agenda, please email me at

  •  The MIAA is once again honoring officials with their Official of the Year Award.  Please review the following, and if you have a nomination, please forward that along as well to

“Exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and moral character”.

This award seeks to recognize and honor officials who have displayed character, integrity and dignity, while displaying the highest standards of ethical conduct. Award candidates should have a record of exceptional performance, as well as a reputation, among their peers and the athletic community, for fair play, for good sportsmanship, and for the development of these attributes in our student‐athletes.
