Update on RLTAC & Keith McDermott,

MSTCA attended the RCC Board of Trustees Meeting tonight. MSTCA spoke on the following issues.

1. Use of RLTAC-Legislative Rights & Use for HS & Community uses as priority over RCC use.
2. The request to reinstate Keith McDermott as RLTAC Director.
3. The urgency of the upcoming Indoor Track & Field Season in 10 weeks -- and no leadership in place.
4. The update/lack of attention to the McIntyre/Mooney Endowment Fund. [1 year-No legal agreement with RCC Foundation]
5. No update/protest of DCAMM [State Project manager] Phase 2 project up holdings RLTAC. Lack of response from RCC President to retain & push foward with project.
6. Calling out the RCC President for wanting to close the doors during the first two weeks of Januay, so RCC can run its Winter Registration.

No action was taken publicly by the RCC Board of Trustees-Publicly [Closed Door Session]
Incredible amount of support tonight from community, politicians, staff & MTFOA

Special thanks to Boston Herald & MileSplitMA.
MSTCA is working with State Representatives in filing a bill separating RCC with RLTAC.
MSTCA does have legal counsel in place and is working looking at all legal avenues.
MSTCA will keep membership updated as information becomes available.

Thanks in advance, for the notes & support of saving our HS Statewide Facility.
