Under the new system of Member registration for Officiating positions, Members were advised of their Spring assignments via email this past week. If you have not received your assignments, PLEASE CONTACT STEVE KNAPP at brimel2527@gmail.com. There are still many openings, especially in late April and May. Please look so see if you have availability.
Steve is still waiting on details (ex. locations etc) before assigning MIAA Div meets and Weston Twilight meets
Members are advised that ONLY those members who are assigned by the Commissioner (Steve Knapp), or one of the regular League assignors who customarily assign for that League, are covered by MTFOA insurance while officiating. Further, unless assigned by one of the aforementioned, officials are not authorized to wear MTFOA apparel when officiating. Recently, this mailing list has been used to solicit for officials not conforming to the above criteria!
Thank you to all those who attended the General Meeting at Wheaton College on Wednesday, March 16th. Thank you also to Steve Keyes and Steve Kiley for their Clinic presentations. And, thank you to Wheaton College for allowing us to host the meeting. Apparel Manager Dave Johns did a brisk business in apparel sales.
