 The next MTFOA membership meeting will be a clinic held at St. John’s Prep Gym on November 29 @7PM.  This is an opportunity for both seasoned and new members to prepare for the Indoor Season.   There will be an umpiring clinic, rules review and discussion and long jump review.

The assignments to date for the upcoming 23/24 Indoor Track Season were sent out earlier this week.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your assigned time and be aware that due to unforeseen shortages on the day assigned, your role may be changed so be please come prepared wo work in a different role if called upon.
 
If you need to cancel your assignment for whatever reason, please try to provide at least 24 hours of notice so that we may try to find a replacement. Please contact Mark Young @ marktyoung68@yahoo.com with any changes.

As you know, indoor officiating assignments were emailed last week. Commissioner Ann Bernazzani reports that we still have some slots to fill as well as a couple of meets that were added after our availability sheet went live. If you are a commissioner/assignor for any of the high school seasons this school year, 2023-2024, please email Ann Bernazzani for the necessary background check information of officials.  It is imperative that we are only assigning officials to high school meets that have passed the background check policy as implemented by the MIAA.  Ann’s email is annebernazz@gmail.com
